These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Hayton Collection website and the booking of accommodation or experiences through our platform. By using this website or making a reservation, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Dragonfly Spa Retreat
All visitors agree to comply fully with all Dragonfly Spa Retreat site policies and rules in order to stay on or visit the site.
Compliance with notices: Visitors must comply with all safety, privacy and other notices displayed on site, including those not specifically listed within these rules.
Working farm environment: Located at Hayton Equestrian Farm (a working farm). Take care around farm machinery, wire fencing, uneven/muddy ground, livestock, wildlife and other hazards. Do not enter the farmyard, buildings or fields; climb gates/fences; or approach/feed animals without permission. Guests must remain within the designated glamping area only.
Departure responsibilities: Leave accommodation tidy; place all rubbish in bins provided; wash and return kitchen equipment; leave keys in the doors on departure. Extra cleaning may incur a charge.
Check-in / check-out: Check-in 3:00 pm–midnight. Check-out by 11:00 am.
Occupancy & age: Max per hut: 2 adults & 2 children (12 or under). At least one lead guest must be 18+. Under-18s may not stay without a parent/legal guardian. Bookings may be refused if not met.
Parking & access: Emergency access must be maintained at all times. Park only in the hard-standing car park. Do not drive/park on grass or surrounding areas. Leave space for vehicles to manoeuvre.
Drones & kites: Prohibited due to overhead power lines and livestock (serious safety risk).
Trees & vegetation: No climbing, damaging, burning or removing branches, hedges, bushes or grass.
Property use: Items provided in accommodation must remain inside the unit at all times, including towels.
Fire safety equipment: Tampering with fire detection or safety equipment is strictly prohibited.
Damage & loss: Charges apply for any damage or loss to accommodation, keys, bedding or site property; costs reflect repair/replacement.
Visitors: Only paying guests may visit the site. Day visitors permitted only with prior agreement.
Hen parties & group bookings: Quiet hours from 11:00 pm. Music must remain respectful. No amplified sound systems, DJs, generators, bouncy castles or external entertainment equipment without written permission. We reserve the right to request noise reduction if disturbance occurs.
Respect for countryside: Guests must respect the countryside, wildlife and surroundings and follow the Countryside Code.
Campfires & BBQs: Fires only in designated fire pits/BBQs provided. Do not move equipment. Follow instructions in the Welcome Folder.
Fire safety rules: Fires must be supervised by an adult (18+), never left unattended, and fuel kept at least 3 metres from accommodation.
Flames & smoking: No candles, incense or naked flames inside accommodation or within 3 metres. No smoking or vaping inside accommodation.
Ash disposal: Ash must be disposed of only in the metal ash bins provided.
Fire risk disclaimer: Use of fire pits/BBQs is at your own risk. Dragonfly Spa Retreat accepts no liability for injuries arising from their use.
Fire safety equipment (units): Each unit contains smoke alarms and fire safety equipment which must not be tampered with.
Toilets & waste: Only human waste and toilet paper may be flushed. Sanitary items, wipes or nappies causing blockages may result in charges.
Personal property: Dragonfly Spa Retreat accepts no responsibility for personal belongings or vehicles.
Pets: Not permitted unless agreed in advance.
Behaviour: Anti-social or aggressive behaviour towards guests, staff or neighbours will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.
Illegal activity: Any illegal activity will result in immediate removal and cancellation without refund.
LPG & equipment: LPG tanks may only be adjusted by staff.
Fire safety storage: Keep linen and towels away from gas hobs.
Fireworks & lanterns: Prohibited due to fire risk and danger to livestock and buildings.
Flammable liquids: Highly flammable liquids are not permitted on site.
Caravans & trailers: Require prior permission.
Speed limit: Maximum speed on site is 5 mph.
Electric vehicle charging: EV charging is not permitted and may trip electrical systems.
Early departure / removal: Guests who leave early or are asked to leave are not entitled to a refund.
Wellness Facilities (Sauna, Hot Tub & Cold Plunge)
Do NOT use if you: are pregnant; have heart or blood pressure conditions; have respiratory or circulatory conditions; feel unwell, dizzy or dehydrated; or have consumed excessive alcohol. Leave immediately if you feel dizzy or unwell.
Safe use: Sauna—5–15 mins (max 20), sit on a towel, do not touch stove/stones. Hot tub—36–40°C, max 20 mins. Cold plunge—enter gradually, avoid if you have heart conditions. Stay hydrated and take breaks.
Safety rules: No glass; no smoking/vaping; no rough play; do not add substances to water or sauna; do not use while intoxicated.
Children: Under 5 not permitted. Under 16 must be supervised. Cold plunge not recommended under 16.
Important: Surfaces may be slippery. Electronics may be damaged by heat/moisture. Lead guest is responsible for group behaviour. Charges may apply for contamination or misuse.

By entering Dragonfly Spa Retreat, you accept responsibility for your own safety, wellbeing, possessions and those in your care. Dragonfly Spa Retreat accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage sustained during your visit. “You”, “your” and “yours” refer to any visitor or guest not connected with ownership or management of the site.
