We've put a lot of love into this place and just ask that you treat it the same way.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 3pm. Please be checked out by 10am. Early or late arrangements can sometimes be made — just ask in advance.
Noise & neighbours
We're in a residential area close to the high street. Please keep noise down after 10pm — your neighbours will thank you.
Pets
Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please let us know in advance, keep them off the furniture, and clean up after them outside.
Guests
Maximum 6 guests. Please only bring the number of people you've booked for — we keep track to ensure the space is right for everyone.
Smoking
No smoking indoors please. If you need to smoke outside, please be considerate of neighbours and dispose of everything responsibly.
Leaving the space
Please leave the property as you found it — dishes washed, bins emptied, and windows closed. Nothing excessive, just basic consideration.
STANFORD, KENTDRAGONFLY RETREAT - HOUSE RULES
This is a working farm and a shared sanctuary. Please respect both.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 3pm. Check-out by 11am. Please allow time for the team to prepare the space for the next group.
The farm & animals
Please stay within your allocated 2-acre area. Do not approach or feed the farm animals, and keep gates closed at all times.
Pets
Well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please let us know in advance, keep them off the furniture, and clean up after them outside.
Group size
Up to 15 guests across all pods (10 adults plus children). Day visitors are not included — please don't bring additional people without letting us know first.
Fire & sauna
Use only the provided logs for the pizza oven and fire pit. Never leave fires unattended. The sauna and hot tub have a briefing on arrival — please follow it.
Noise
You have plenty of space — enjoy it. Music and gatherings are welcome until midnight. After that, please keep it calm for fellow guests and wildlife.
STANFORD, KENTACORN HUT HIDEAWAY - HOUSE RULES
A quiet, intimate space. Please keep it that way.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in from 4pm. Check-out by 10am. The hut is prepared fresh for each guest — your punctuality helps us keep that standard.
The oak tree
The ancient oak at the heart of the space is not to be climbed, carved, or damaged in any way. It's been here a long time — let's keep it that way.
Fire cooking
Use only the logs and firelighters provided. Never leave a fire burning unattended, and fully extinguish before going to sleep.
Guests
Maximum 4 guests. This is a small, secluded space — it's designed for pairs or a small group, not gatherings.
Sauna & hot tub
Full instructions are provided on arrival. Please do not adjust the temperature settings yourself, and shower before use. Last session by 11pm.
No smoking, no parties
No smoking inside the hut. This isn't a party venue — it's a hideaway. Respect the peace of the space and those around you.
